Motivational Speakers

KRISS AKABUSI

Kriss is famous for his achievements in Athletics where his greatest individual triumph was his Gold Medal in the 1990 European Championships when he also beat David Hemery's 22 year old British Record. He began his International career in 1983 as a member of the 4x400 metre relay squad and will probably always be remembered for helping Britain clinch the Gold and beat the Americans in the World Championships 4x400 metre relay in Tokyo in 1991.

 

TREVOR BAYLIS
(OBE)

Trevor Baylis is one of those rare people who charms you the moment you meet him. He radiates a joy of life and an enthusiasm for invention which is thoroughly contagious. Trevor never desired the nine-to-five world of work. He began his career as an escapologist with the Berlin State Circus and then designed and built swimming pools for a living. Trevor has teamed up with us to deliver an exciting innovation training programme and is also available as a guest speaker in his own right.

David has spent the last decade interviewing some of our nations highest achivers in order to find out the secret of success. KARL GEORGE

Birmingham's Young Professional of the Year 2002. Karl is a director of the accountant and business consultancy, Andersons KBS Ltd. He is the chairman of the Afro-Caribbean Business Forum and founder of the first international chapter of The mentoring organisation 100 Black Men. Apart from being focused on his own job, he has spent a lot of time helping others achieve in the business world, with a special emphasis on the Afro-Carribean community.

Peter is best known for the creation of a highly innovative, insurance claims handling system that had his typical trademarks. It was unique as the first video capture network in the UK and helped Peter create a new subsidiary company achieving a turnover of £38m in its first two years and £75m in under five (profitable in its first year!). Peter has developed a unique style in his "Understanding People" seminars, that de-mystify personalities in a simple, yet highly effective way across all facets of life.

STEVE BENNET

Steve Bennet comes from very humble beginnings. In May 2000 Steve brought jungle.com and Software Warehouse together, creating a company of over 350 employees. NIGEL RISNER

He delivers over a hundred talks a year in his unique, energetic style to corporations and associations such as The Academy for Chief Executives, The Institute of Directors, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Red Bull and many others. Prior to motivating audiences, he ran a successful finance company, being one of the youngest CEO's in the City of London at 26 years old. He was the past president of the London Chapter of Professional Speakers Association, and has been voted Speaker of the year by the Academy of Chief Executives. He is also a Companion of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

Roy J. Paget is a neuropsychologist and a leading authority on Brain Based and Right Brain Learning Techniques and the Education and Academic achievements of school children. He his deeply committed to making a positive, significant, lasting difference in the way people learn and has devoted his life's work to raising the human potential and personal effectiveness of senior executives and people from all walks of life.

 

Mary Collin
